Bee Jolly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.- Eligibility: The Bee Jolly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Puerto Rico and Alaska are excluded.

2.- How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow Bee Jolly on social media, like the giveaway post, and provide the information required. Only one entry per person is allowed. No purchase is necessary.

3.- Prize: Participants selected as winners will receive a bottle of a Bee Jolly product (Original Blend or Hot Honey or Honey Hot Sauce). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.

4.- Winner Selection: The winners will be selected from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on providing the information required.

5.- Notification: Winners will be notified via email/direct message on social media.

6.- Prize Acceptance: By accepting the prize, winners agree to share a picture, video, or recipe featuring the Bee Jolly product they receive on social media. Winners also agree to tag Bee Jolly in the post and allow Bee Jolly to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

7.- General Conditions: Bee Jolly reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Bee Jolly, which are final and binding.

8.- Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bee Jolly and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

9.- Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winners’ consent to Bee Jolly’s use of the winners’ names, likenesses, voices, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10.- Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
